पीड़ित पत्नी के मुताबिक उसके पति के ब्रश नहीं करने के कारण उसके मुंह से बदबू आती थी साथ ही वो रोजान नहाने की बजाया 10-10 दिनों के बाद नहाता था। पति की गंदी आदतों से अजीज उसकी पत्नी ने महिला आयोग में तलाक की अर्जी डाली है और ऐसे पति से छुटकारा चाहती है। पीड़िता पत्नी का नाम सोनी देवी है जो वैशाली जिला के देसरी स्तिथ नया गांव की रहने वाली है। उसकी शादी 2017 में वैशाली जिले के ही रहने वाले मनीष राम के साथ परिवार वालो की पसंद से हुई थी।

 शादी के पहले वो लड़के से न तो मिली थी और न ही किसी प्रकार बात हुई थी। पहली दफा उसने लड़के को शादी की मंडप पर ही देखा था। उसके साथ घर पर कुछ दिन रहते ही वो उसकी आदतों से परेशान हो गई। सोनी देवी के अनुसार उसके पति मनीष राम को अच्छे से बोलने तक नहीं आता है और वो गांव की ही भाषा में बात भी करता है। पत्नी सोनी का कहना है कि साल हो गए है अब तक दोनों के बीच पति-पत्नी वाला रिश्ता नहीं है, जिसकी वजह से वो अब वो भी इस रिश्ते से छुटकारा चाहती है।

महिला आयोग ने समझदारी दिखाते हुए इस रिश्ते को बचाने के लिए पति-पत्नी को एक और मौका दिया है और 2 महीने आगे की तारीख दी है। महिला आयोग की सदस्य प्रतिमा सिन्हा ने कहा कि दोनों को एक मौका और दिया गया है, साथ ही पति मनीष राम को समझाया गया है कि वो रोज नहाये और ब्रश करे।

बिहार में लोजपा ने 42 सीटों पर अपना दावा ठोका है : जदयू भाजपा को भी चाहिये 50-50% सीट

विधानसभा चुनाव 2020 में लोजपा ने 42 सीटों पर अपना दावा ठोका है। पार्टी के सांसद एवं दलित सेना के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष पशुपति कुमार पारस ने कहा कि पार्टी के सांसदों की संख्या के आधार पर विधानसभा की सीटें तय होनी चाहिए। पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव में भी इसी अधार पर सीट बंटवारा हुआ था। अभी लोजपा (छह लोक सभा और एक राज्यसभा) के सात सांसद हैं, लिहाजा 42 सीटों पर हमारी दावेदारी बनती है।

पार्टी की बैठक के बाद पत्रकारों के सवालों के जवाब में श्री पारस ने कहा कि लोकसभा चुनाव के समय ही यह तय हो गया था कि इसी आधार पर विधानसभा में सीटों का बंटवारा होगा। उस समय भाजपा और जदयू को बराबर सीटें दी गईं और लोजपा को छह सीटें और राज्यसभा की एक सीट मिली थी। इसी लिहाज से उनकी पार्टी का दावा 42 सीटों पर बनता है।

 दीपिका के जेएनयू जाने के बाद लगातर तीन दिनों से विरोध हो रहा था। लेकिन इसको लेकर कई राजनीतिक दलों को फायदा नजर आया और इसको लपकने की कोशिश करने लगी। इसको ही लेकर मध्य प्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने फिल्म रिलीज से पहले ही टैक्स फ्री करने की घोषणा कर दी।

In a Sept. 3 detention order requiring Coats to be held in pretrial custody, U.S. Magistrate Elizabeth LaPorte cited prosecutors’ statements that surveillance video depicted Coats and another man shooting at the victim who died from his wounds.

The revised indictment alleges the two men were members of a street gang called Mac Block that operated in the city’s Western Addition, according to U.S. Attorney’s Office spokesman Abraham Simmons.

Simmons said Manning is also in custody and made an initial court appearance in Fresno on Jan. 2. Coats is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday before U.S. Magistrate Sallie Kim in San Francisco.
