If u talk about psychology, we are a mixture of positive and negative thoughts or emotions, so just dont try to show only your positive side by writing everything positive.They just want to confirm that the person is normal and would not be a danger for his people in future which can be the case if
- He writes everything positive so they could make out he has taken some sort of coaching or has written answers different from his own opinion and would ultimately work against you.
- If you write something really shitty which always revolves around some sort of negative things like bombs,murder etc which is not the mistake a lot of people do.
When it comes to the GTO tasks, though people say everything matters but i think group planning exercise and the tasks involving plank, ropes and balli i.e. group tasks matter the most.
- In the case of the ground tasks, dont make the mistake of saying or doing something shitty just for the sake of giving soln before others. Believe me that taking time and then giving a decent soln would be the best thing to do. Let people shout at each other and give shitty ideas.You just stay silent at a corner and think of a good soln that involves common sense and not much force.
- In case of group planning exercise, pen down the problems first, then the resources available and then the results and make sure you write the problems and soln in order of what is most important thing.
Now comes the interview. Here just dont get too much comfortable. Think before you speak here. Most of the IO’s would praise whatever you say which would make u say everything about yourself, even the things you shouldnt tell them and that helps them in getting u out. So just speak after thinking.
Now about coaching. See coaching would definitely take away your originality but only in the case of psych and interview whereas in GTO tasks it would be immensely helpful. So what u can do is watch videos of training academies like cavalier etc and pause it before the soln of an obstacle is given and try to figure out the solution and it would help u to come across different solutions of obstacles and ur mind would work better in SSB then.
SSB'S are hard for people who are confused, egoist, selfish,hot headed,over thinker,panicky,loud mouth ,emotional and coward. Some where these qualities emerge and thus we do not get recommended.You need to be balanced and your trueself to emerge as a winner.
My batch mate Deepak Reddy cleared after 5 attempts and he got rid of some qualities mentioned above. I am also following his footsteps.
Self introspection is the only way to clear and earn the + sign. The more you know about yourself the more are the chances of earning the badge. I have learnt this the hard way.

Well many people have asked me this before but unfortunately after 2–3 days they give up and follow their usual routine.
So here are some tips you could follow-
- Start your day with atleast two glasses of water.
- Add chillies , black pepper and cinnamon to your diet.
- You should prefer liquid diet more.
- Reduce your carbs intake (ex- rice , potatoes, white bread)
- Stop eating fast foods.
- And the most important thing Exercise daily
- Reduce your stress.
- Good sleep will help a lot

In diet I take care of following things:
1. Cut out the junk food - All those smosases ,burgers and chips are not going to help you. It make the situation severe.

2. Increase the water Intake and make sure you should drink the water before 30 minutes of meal.
3. Cut down the sugar and sugary drinks.
4. Make sure your drinks do not contain: a) preservatives b) sugar c) caffeine d) alcohol.
5. Increase Protein and Fiber - It is not about just reducing your calorie intake! Know the difference between eating right and eating less! Reduce the fat and carbohydrate content in your food, increase the proteins and fibres. Carbohydrates are not totally bad for you. Here are some examples of fiber: apples, broccoli, asparagus, strawberries, any fruit, any vegetable, oatmeal, whole grains, etc. The carbs you want to avoid are the ones that turn straight into sugar, like white bread, white rice etc.
6. Split your meals. Take 5-6 meals a day. Have most of your food in breakfast, a little lesser in lunch, and the least in dinner. In between, to keep your metabolism going, eat healthy salads, sprouts or fruits.
7. Cut down or Reduce ghee and butter, and replace it with olive oil as much as possible.
8. Eat your meals at fixed times daily. This simple trick helps a lot.
For diet I told you everything, Now Lets talk about exercise:
1. Start your day with a brisk walk or a run. Do not opt for jogging. Our body is used to running, it gives you an adrenaline pump when you run, which is highly beneficial. Jogging is just like a forced exercise, running comes naturally to us.
2. Simple things like taking the stairs or walking or cycling instead of driving can help you a lot. Keep that in mind whenever possible.
3. In a weak try to change the exercise pattern or routine. You can opt from these:-
- High Intensity Interval Training
- Strength Training
- Surya Namaskar
- Walking
- Zumba
- Swimming
- Exercise Those Abs like Crunches, Low Belly Leg Reach , Boat Pose, Planks
4. Do not be too hard on yourself. Weight loss takes time. For each person this time varies. But to get the results you really need to stay motivated and dedicatedly continue this routine. Don't be too easy on yourself too. Push yourself to your extreme.
5. After dinner go for a brisk walk for 30-45 minutes daily.
6. Last mantra is, sleep early wake up early!
