How do you reduce your stomach area in a week
Well many people have asked me this before but unfortunately after 2–3 days they give up and follow their usual routine.
So here are some tips you could follow-
- Start your day with atleast two glasses of water.
- Add chillies , black pepper and cinnamon to your diet.
- You should prefer liquid diet more.
- Reduce your carbs intake (ex- rice , potatoes, white bread)
- Stop eating fast foods.
- And the most important thing Exercise daily
- Reduce your stress.
- Good sleep will help a lot
